My name is Patricia and I was born and raised in Mauritius. I moved to Australia in 1986 with the dream to become a Patisserie Chef however at that time life progressed in a different direction.
My passion for baking started as young as 8. I had a thirst for learning, creating and inventing new recipes and designs. I did my first 3D cake in 1982, with very limited resources.
Cooking is part of my culture, my DNA.
Four years ago I started Heaven In A Cake and soon found out that there were no limits to what I could produce and I decided to reach out to the stars.
I am passionate about inventing new recipes and creating cakes and producing a WOW factor in every cake I make.

So long story short we needed an amazing baker/cake artist for our sons 21st (last minute) - went to the old trusty “Mandurah B & S” - 98% of recommendations were for Heaven In A Cake …
What’s this “Heaven In A Cake”? I ask myself!
Pat was ever so efficient and understanding of our needs … EXTREMELY well priced (probably underpriced with the amount of love and passion that went into this masterpiece).
Now … come a little a closer … I want to be honest… Can you keep a secret?
So you know when you order these spectacular looking cakes you sort of care more about the presentation/Look of the cake more so than the actual taste - HEAVEN IN A CAKE will not ONLY set your taste buds on a gastronomic journey (omg - so deliciously moist, tasty and just AMAZING) these cakes will blow your eyeballs out!!! Well not really… but they are ever so amazing to look at (I didnt want our son to cut the cake lol).
I’m a baker so it was a huge hit when the birthday Man thought I’d made the cake myself!
I want to keep Heaven In A Cake my little secret - but honestly I’d be nasty not to share!
